The world’s gone insane,
humans are inhumane.

I just wanna create art…
and listen to John Coltrane.

These abstract thoughts paint pictures on the canvases of my heart…
yet still; it’s those still life impressions that help escape the mundane.

Too many cold hearts
got the world going in flames.

I just wanna erase the hate;
write my name in the sky,
mix watercolors in the rain.

I’m just writing my fate;
the world’s gone insane,
humans are inhumane.
