take a moment to love thyself – fall in love with life.

you have to give yourself a hug;

embrace the power within, take a moment to show thyself love today.

 

For the best of times –

you have to accentuate the positive in your mind;

take a moment to tell thyself “it’s gonna be a lovely day.”

 

Sometimes –

you have to look at life with love;

embrace positive thoughts like a hug, let your inner glow become warm as a sun ray.

 

Sometimes –

you have to wake up and smell the roses;

look in the mirror and say “have a great day!”
