“Every day is an opportunity to excel and elevate. Life is like a marathon: you can build endurance on the treadmill; however, you’ll never cross the finish line if you remain stagnant. You have to pound the pavement and press forward – win, lose, or draw – your best days are ahead of you.” –@StevieStreets | #seizetheday circa 11/19/2015
To transmute the dream, all you need is accountable action.
Your success is dependent upon the little BIG things;
The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step
And the water cuts the rock through persistence.
You cannot finish what you do not start
And you will never finish what you do not complete.
If you plan to be successful, you must first plan to start.
If you want to actually be successful, you must masterfully plan to the end.
The perfect time never arrives,
NOW is always the perfect time to start.
If you want to separate yourself from everyone else,
Always finish what you start.
You do not have to wait until you are the best to think ten steps ahead,
Visionaries possess the ability to see ten steps ahead in view of the fact that they plan all the way to the end.
If you desire to master the discipline of getting things done,
You must always see things through to the end.
There’s only one little thing between you and the finish line,
There’s only one little thing that’s preventing you from achieving your dreams.
If you dare to be successful,
Henceforth, you must do what successful people do.
Your success is contingent upon this one little thing that all successful people do.
To reach your goals and achieve your dreams,
You must be willing to do that one little thing that all successful people do,
You must simply start.
There will never be a day that is greater than today.
Someday is not a day on the calendar,
The most important day of your life is today.
With that being said; ask yourself:
“What are you going to do to be successful, today?
Are you prepared to live your best life, today?”
Then proceed to do what successful people do,
Seize The Day by taking that one step towards the direction of your dreams today.
If you dare to be successful,
You must promise yourself one little big thing today.
If you dare to be successful,
You must vow to never put off until tomorrow that in which you may accomplish today.
There’s only one little thing that can keep you from reaching the finish line,
There’s only one little thing that will keep you from holding fast to your dreams.
If you dare to be successful,
Henceforth, you must become painstakingly persistent.
Your journey to success is contingent upon this one little habit that all successful people exhibit.
To stay the course on your road to success,
You must exercise the powerful habit,
You must be religiously consistent.
There will never be a driving force as unstoppable as determination.
Discipline and dedication are the traits that will fuel your burning desire when the process cannot be fathomed as progress.
Are you prepared to continue firmly in the face of adversity,
To achieve your goals?
Are you prepared to press forward and remain poised while under pressure,
To achieve your goals?
If you desire to live your best life,
Trust the process and remember without pressure the diamond is just a chunk of coal.
If you dare to be successful,
You must persistently pursue your goals.
If you dare to be successful,
You must vow to stay the course until you reach your goal.
If you dare to be successful,
You must emulate the water that persistently pressures the rock,
If you expect to break through those hard times in pursuit of your goals.
In the journey of life,
Neither talent nor brute power will ensure a successful journey.
In the journey of life,
The power of habit is the one little thing that will give you the competitive edge throughout the journey.
In the journey of life,
Persistence is the Godspeed and the godsend that alchemizes ordinary men into extraordinary men throughout journey.
The ability to persist is paramount to your ability to exist amidst the journey.
The impossible is made possible by those who persist and resist the urge to quit amid the journey.
Those who possess the preoccupation to persist shall always tenaciously trek forward.
Those that refuse to quit will always transcend the journey.
When you learn to walking your destiny, going the extra mile becomes merely another step in journey.

inAhhh, Anxiety
The 3:00 a.m. Rendezvouses
My Art Therapy
I cope with haiku
…forces me to be present
The Write Thing To Do
Gotta muddle through
The panic at the disco
No anxietude
I cope with haiku
It brings me into The Now
The Write Thing To Do
These Five-Seven-Fives
Have been keeping me alive
Ahhh, Art Therapy
Do The Write Thing, Please
It’s cheaper than therapy
You can count on it
Counting Syllables
The one thing I could count on
The cure is haiku

Someday is not on the calendar…
all we have is today.
Stop and smell the flowers…
be fully present – each second – each minute – each hour, today;
if nothing else, learn to cherish the day.
Don’t worry about tomorrow, forget about yesterday;
money has no value… time is the golden nugget of the day.
Do more of what you love…
learn to make every second count today.
PRACTICE THE POWER OF NOW,
learn to appreciate the beauty of life…
think happy thoughts, practice mindfulness today,
spread your wings, give the sky a kiss today,
laugh harder, love longer,
eat more fruits,
eat more veggies,
drink water,
smile more,
and let your inner glow beam like a sunray today.
Do more of what you love, today…
don’t worry about tomorrow, forget about yesterday.
Tomorrow doesn’t exist and yesterday is like a wilted flower;
yet life is for the living and nothing blooms better than today.
Stop and smell the flowers…
learn to appreciate the beauty of life today;
by all means, gather ye rose-buds while ye may.
Gather ye rose-buds while ye may…
Gather ye rose-buds while ye may…
Gather ye rose-buds while ye may…
Do more of what you love…
don’t just merely exist today.
Stop and smell the flowers…
learn to live today.
Stop and smell the flowers…
in the garden of life ye must plant seeds of joy
and spread love
like butterfly kisses while ye may.
Stop and smell the flowers…
walk on sunshine,
and live golden
like children that believe in dandelion wishes while ye may.
Stop and smell the flowers…
and gather ye rose-buds while ye may;
lest ye forget the most important day,
lest ye forget the most important day,
lest ye forget the most important day of your life is today.
Oh Captain, my Captain:
The most important day of your life is today…
The most important day of your life is today…
The most important day of your life is today…
Hope is not a strategy…
therefore you must command the day.
In the garden of life, time is like a beautiful flower;
and beautiful flowers always wilt away.
Life is no bed of roses…
yet ye must wake up and smell the roses each day.
In the garden of life ye must make use time,
Oh Captain, my Captain,
don’t let it wilt away.
Oh Captain, my Captain;
ye must stop and smell the flowers,
ye must gather ye roses while ye may.
Each day is granted twenty four hours…
yet ye may spend them how ye may.
Oh Captain, my Captain;
ye may live like the Dead Poets Society,
if you dare to Seize the Day.
If you dare to Seize the Day…
If you dare to Seize the Day…
If you dare to Seize the Day…

like sand through the hour glass, make every second count, the days of our lives, the power of now, time is of the essence
Time keeps on slippin’…
therefore – use your time wisely,
TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN.
Like granules of sand
in an hourglass, each day gives
us twenty-four hours.
What you do today
matters more than anything…
Make Your Minutes Count!
Hour to Hour,
the hourglass gets flipped over…
until your time’s up.
The hour hand moves slow…
therefore – Let Your Finest Hour
Be Within Each Hour.

inCongratulations!
You have 365 days in a year.
That gives you 8,760 hours,
525,600 minutes,
or 31,536,000 seconds;
for the year.
You have 24 hours in a day.
That gives you 1,440 minutes
or 86,400 seconds;
for the day.
There’s 60 minutes in an hour;
60 seconds in a minute.
Time is not money.
Time is time; you may utilize your time to make money.
You may spend time, you cannot make time.
When you lose money, you can make more money.
When you lose time; time is gone forever.
Time is your life: Make Every Second Count!
Make the most of your minutes then the hour is YOURS!
Make the most of your hours then the day is YOURS!
Make the most of your days then the year is YOURS!
Make the most of your years then the life you desire is YOURS.
Today is the day and the hour. DO IT NOW!
Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday. DO IT NOW!
Start with today; conquer your minutes. DO IT NOW!
MAKE EVERY SECOND COUNT! Practice the Power of Now.

Procrastination is Perilous!
ENTER ACTIONS WITH BOLDNESS;
think – plan – execute and live life with a sense of urgency…
do or die, make it happen;
seize the day
and capture the moment…

To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all. -Oscar Wilde | #codeofthestreets: LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST, and love it a lot.
Learn to BE in the moment,
practice the power of NOW.
Appreciate every second,
enjoy every minute;
live each day as if it were going to be your last –
SEIZE THE DAY!
Never put off for tomorrow, what you may accomplish today.
Life is best enjoyed with a sense of urgency,
master the discipline of getting things done by
telling yourself “THE TIME IS NOW!”
Live and Let Die;
before you can live, a part of you has to die…
“Most of us have two lives:
the life we live,
and the unlived life within us.”
Kill your fears,
let go of the familiar;
your comfort zone is a casket.
Practice the art of STILLNESS,
however, never remain stagnant;
do not let your fears immobilize your intentions.
Ignore the things you cannot change;
however, by all means, equip yourself with:
determination,
preparedness,
consistency,
resilience,
and persistence…
for they are the disciplines that build courage.
DO AS YOU WILL,
tenaciously trek onward,
– conquer your fears each day.
Do one thing that frightens you every day,
CREATE A BUCKET LIST –
start checking things off.
Practice the power of HABIT,
create a to do list every day;
set goals at each sunrise –
create action plans to accomplish before each sunset,
take a step towards your goals each day.
Do not fear failure…
“It always seems impossible, until it’s done.”
Learn to live on the other side of fear,
develop a champion mindset;
feel the fear and do it anyway.
Tell yourself “You have nothing to fear,
you will not fail;
you cannot lose…
you will either win or you will learn – today.”
Do the things you love,
do more of what makes you happy.
When you follow your passions,
you pave the way to a beautiful life.
Create memories – experience life…
“Begin at once to live and count each day as a separate life.”
